A Gremlin 'cross the ocean,/ Had a gay and impish notion,/ And said, "How about our holding back/ the Goofy Gurfein's mail?"
The Gremlins all were willing,/ For they found the idea thrilling,/ So they kept the letters locked away,/ Until the news was stale.
Then they sent it out in snatches,/ And in great unwieldy batches,/ With the postmarks all a hodge-podge,/ And the mailman turning gray.
And although things now are humming, And the letters keep on coming, There are *still* some letters hidden, Up until this very day!!!
