there by any other inspector. I have it on my finger right now, and I'll either bring it to you when I come home, or send it to you by registered mail if I don't come home soon. I hope you will approve of the action I took on it. I didn't think you'd ever see it again if I left it in your locker. About the g.i. equipment, I'll get you a credit shipping ticket on all the stuff from Edmonds, and send it to you, so you'll be clear of all that stuff.

Well, I'm having a nice vacation here with the 400th. I've been here a week, and haven't been put to work yet. There are ten FCO's here, so they aren't putting any of the newer ones to work. I live in a nice hotel in town, and have a very nice room. Fotzgesell is next door. We have big beds with inner-spring mattresses, and all kinds of comforts. We eat in a small restaurant just down the street, and the food is very good. I went out to the field one afternoon to look at the tower - it's a pretty good one.

I don't know why they're keeping {up} us all here - seems to me they'd just put us
