My Darling Wife:

Honey I never felt so foolish in all my life. I'm sorry about the letter I wrote yesterday bawling you out for not writing. As I received three letters right after I sent the letter. I should have known better. I know you love me too much to let me down. But if you only knew how I wait and long for letters from you darling I guess you'd forgive me for getting excited. I love you so much Honey and worry when I don't hear from you.

I'm so glad that you are feeling better. I'm also glad to learn that you are putting on weight. But Honey lets [sic] not overdo it. I still like slim gals. I don't want you to change one bit. Because you were so cute pretty and sweet when I left that I don't think any alterations are quite necessary. I want you to be just like you were when I left.

By the way dear that Provisional A.P.O. of Bob's doesn't help much. Please send me his permanent address as soon as you get it. Honey I will always love you with all my heart. Keep remembering that. Please write often.

With Love

*Herb*
