Kentuck Festival of the Arts

Held annually in October in Northport, Alabama, this two-day event features 300 nationally renowned artists and craftsmen showing and selling their work. Children can participate in hands-on craft projects such as clay and tie dye. Musical entertainment and a food court are also provided.

Project documentation includes 15 color snapshots; six pages of text on the Kentuck Festival of the Arts: History, Kentuck Today, the 1999 Kentuck Festival of the Arts, Demonstrating Craftspeople, Folk Artists, Kentuck for Kids and Music; a program from the 1999 Festival; promotional brochures and postcard; and a press kit.
