||The National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, a national non-profit
consumer advocacy organization for nursing home residents, offers information on staffing in
nursing homes, citizen advocacy groups, long term care ombudsman programs, how family
members can advocate for good care, and government policies, laws and regulations affecting
residents. The site includes fact sheets on malnutrition, neglect and abuse, restraints, and
resident rights as well as listings of agencies and organizations to contact regarding
complaints about poor nursing home care.
