Two additional holograph music manuscripts, those of Fine's String Quartet (1951-2) and the Romanza for wind quintet (1963), are held in microfilm copies as "MUSIC 1811, ITEM 27” and "MUSIC 1636, Irving Fine Collection, Music Division, Library of Congress Fine, Irving Music manuscripts and papers of the American composer Researchers wishing to work with special collections are advised to inquire in advance about availability of material since many special collections are stored off-site.
