This clip was filmed on 16mm at the Studebaker Theater, Chicago by Ann Barzel in 1947.The film is a compilation of excepts from Tropical Revue and includes sections of Tropics; Son; Nañig; Choros #1; Haitian Roadside; Street Scene; Shango; L’Ag’Ya (Market Scene, Pas de Deux, Mazouk, Beguine, Charm Dance, Ag’ya fight, and the beginning of the death scene. The ag’ya fight is performed by Vanoye Aikens and Tommy Gomez.
