- Includes corrections and other markings throughout in hand of composer, primarily in black ink, with some in blue crayon.
- Paginated in blue crayon.
- Somewhat discolored and stained, especially t.p., with some worn edges; t.p. folded to enclose leaves of score.
- Watermark at top right corner of t.p. and some leaves: Lard Esnault Paris 25, Rue Feydeau.
