Revisions and annotations, with thematic material for all three movements, for composer's Concerto no. 5 for piano and orchestra, in E♭ major, op. 73, made in conjunction with issuance of early published edition by Breitkopf & Härtel in ca. 1811.

Caption title.

On brown paper, with slight discoloration and minimal pinholes, with watermark: Kie[sling]. Caption title in pencil, statement of responsibility in dark brown ink.

Includes autograph letter of authentication in German signed by Franz Lachner and dated München, d. 10.Nov.[18]71.
