- (Händel-Gesellschaft XLV and Facsimile; Hallische Händel-Ausgabe I/17, 1965). This MS. has been twice reproduced in facsimile: (1) by the Sacred Harmonic Society in 1868; (2) by Dr. F. Chrysander in 1889-1892. The references below are to the latter. The MS. consists of: ff. 1-132- a blank leaf. (Facsimile, pp. 1-262). ff. 133-138. (Facsimile, pp. 310-321). ff. 139-140 (Facsimile, pp. 322-325). A print of the exterior of the Fishamble Street Music Hall was inserted at the end, but was removed in 1951 with the Principal Keeper’s permission as being late 19th century. - Points of note: f. 16. (Facs. p. 29). A cut is marked in pencil at the beginning of the second line. No ending is marked for the cut. f. 21. This leaf is not in Handel’s writing. It has been copied to replace the large blots on f. 22 (Facs. p. 39) and afterwards pasted down on f. 22. f. 90. (Facs. p. 175). The last bar of line 2 is crossed out in pencil. f. 99v. (Facs. p. 194). The words at the bottom of the page are: ‘Da capo dal Seg[no] il Ritornello e si scriva’. ff. 100-106. Hallelujah chorus. f. 133. (Facs. p. 310). Line six. Some illegible pencil writings is in the MS. under the words ‘How beautiful…that’. [‘Mrs Savage’] f. 138v. (Facs. p. 321). ‘Mr Beard’ is crossed out in pencil.
