Significance: The South Euclid Road Bridge is among the older known surviving examples of steel girder bridges in Michigan, and one of the largest. With an overall length of 148 feet, it ranks among the top twenty-five percent of this type in terms of length. In addition, the bridge has decorative wrought iron railings.
