Building/structure dates: 1910 initial construction
Significance: The Deer Creek bridge, a half-hip pony truss with verticals, 45'-0" long and built in 1910, is one of the earliest known Warren truss bridges in Illinois. It is the only truss bridge in the state known to have field connections made with carriage bolts.
