Building/structure dates: 1907 initial construction
Significance: The Yosemite Valley Railroad, between Merced and El Portal, was constructed in 1907 and operated until 1945. The Bagby Station, built in 1907, is the last surviving ling station house, with the rising of the Exchequer Dam the town with the station site will be inundated. The building will be moved to the Pioneer Transportation Center at El Portal, Yosemite National Park.
