FIRM-FIXED UNIT PRICE, IDIQ CONTRACT - The quantities and hours as
specified for the base year
(1) and all option years (4) are estimated for evaluation purposes only
and do not represent a ceiling.
The minimum and maximum quantities to be ordered: minimum = 75 percent
of the estimated yearly
total quantities -- maximum = 50 percent more that the estimated yearly
quantities. (See page B-1 and
I.4, 52.216-19, Order Limitations, Section I)
HOURLY LABOR RATES - Services to be provided under CLINs B.5.05,
5.06, and 5.07 shall be fully
loaded to include all overhead, G&A, and profit.
